As a Senior Program Manager with the Azure Customer Advisory Team (AzureCAT) at Microsoft, Casey is dedicated to educating and enabling partners around the world to build awesome applications on the Azure platform. Casey considers himself a “cloud polyglot”, holding both MCSD: Azure Solutions Architect and AWS Cloud Solutions Architect certifications. Casey is a developer at heart and, prior to joining Microsoft, consulted with companies across the country building applications of all shapes and sizes on the Microsoft platform. Casey is also an active open source contributor and is the author of Mantle, a .NET-based cloud abstraction framework that makes it simple for organizations to build portable cloud-based applications (http://github.com/caseywatson/mantle).

When not talking about, writing about or building applications for the cloud, Casey enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter in Fort Worth, TX.

He's been a keynote speaker at the Tulsa Tech Fest, a featured presenter in Tel Aviv, Israel, and has presented at numerous .NET user groups and events across the country over the last 10 years. Caleb is an entertaining and informative speaker that approaches software from a fresh perspective that spans UX, Agile and enterprise engagements from across the globe. He has previously led UX product design teams, coached multi-team agile transformations and architected and mentored at some of the largest companies in the world. As a longtime community leader and former Microsoft Developer Evangelist Caleb is well known for his engaging speaking style, depth of knowledge and creative energy.

He lives in the Dallas area where he continues to date his beautiful wife and busies himself coaching soccer and playing Xbox with his four incredible children.
